Acquisitions of FRS Goulet & Fils and Les Équipements Agri-Beauce
Quebec City, May 16th, 2023—JLD-Laguë Group, a portfolio company of Champlain Financial Corporation, is pleased to announce the acquisition of FRS Goulet & Fils and Les Équipements Agri-Beauce. This acquisition adds two John Deere branches to the Group, bringing the total to 18.
FRS Goulet & Fils, a family business founded in 1944, is specialized in the sale and repair of John Deere equipment. It also sells parts and offers a turnkey service for equipment. In 2004, FRS Goulet & fils acquired Les Équipements Agri-Beauce, adding a second John Deere branch.
