Laval, January the 8th, 2021
As a follow-up to Premier Legault’s Press Conference on January 6, 2021, we confirm that our Quebec stores will remain open since we are an essential service for farmers, transportation, snow removal, etc., which require our various services.
Our main focus for the next few weeks will be to support our customers in their activities by keeping available:
- The Sale of Parts:
We continue to support you in the replacement of your worn parts, which can be bought via:
- Phone or email the store nearest you: https://jldlague.com/en/stores/ during regular business hours following the established curfew.
- Your personalized MyDealer parts ordering platform, available 24/7 https://jldlague.com/en/mydealer-online_ordering_system/
- Our online shop, also available 24/7 https://jldlague.com/en/shop/
To pick up your orders, we offer pick-up at the store, which will be done outside, or delivery.
- Maintenance and Repair Service:
For any after-sales service needs, please contact your store service team by phone, email or via our online form: https://jldlague.com/en/service/.
If required, they can also welcome you in person while respecting the rules in force.
