Customers using the Operations Center received a letter in the last days from John Deere. This letter reports a change in the agreement for anonymous use of their data by John Deere. This agreement can be found under the tab “Company Preference / Use of Data”. Only customers who have not consented to the use of data by John Deere are affected. The text now states that customers who have not consented, but who share their data directly with a John Deere dealer via Team Manager, John Deere may continue to use this data anonymously. John Deere only uses this data for product improvement purposes. Customers who have already agreed to this anonymous use of data by John Deere are not affected by this change.
