They offer a wide range of personalized mechanical services, from preventive maintenance to engine rebuilding and alignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re pleased to welcome Atelier Genytech. They\u2019re an excellent addition to the Group. This acquisition allows us to expand our coverage of the territory with a sixth service centre and serve all makes of trucks, at all stages of their useful lives,\u201d said Terry Enepekides, President of the Group. \u201cOur province-wide network offers a great opportunity to grow Atelier Genytech and more closely support their customers as well as ours.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company remains in a very good position to continue to build its market presence and meet the needs of its customers, maintaining its excellent after-sales support expertise. \u201cThe addition of Atelier Genytech allows TransDiff to grow as a team and be even closer to its customers by having a presence in the Laurier-Station, Lotbini\u00e8re, area,\u201d said \u00c9ric Boulianne, General Manager of TransDiff JDH. \u201cIt also allows us to operate a second SAAQ service centre and offer the alignment service.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re proud that Atelier Genytech will remain locally owned&nbsp;and is joining a strong group which includes 5 dealerships in the trucking industry in addition to its John Deere and commercial rental business which consists of over 60&nbsp;branches. The company is involved in the sale, resale and servicing of John Deere products in the agricultural, commercial, residential and compact construction markets, as well as in the truck market with Peterbilt products. JLD-Lagu\u00eb operates 16 John Deere branches across Eastern Ontario and Quebec under the JLD-Lagu\u00eb, Maltais &amp; Ouellet and Green Tech banners and 5 Peterbilt branches under the TransDiff and JDH banners in Central Quebec. Fardiers Qu\u00e9bec, which operates in the sale and maintenance of high-end trailers, is also part of the Group. The most recent addition to the Group is Location Sauvageau and Location L\u00e9gar\u00e9, which are the leading providers of short- and medium-term vehicle rentals for commercial and institutional customers in the province of Quebec. The company operates a diverse fleet of more than 3,800 commercial vehicles used primarily for commercial work applications, including pickup trucks, cube and cargo trucks, SUVs, vans and cars, as well as trailers, ATVs, snowmobiles and other specialized vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About TransDiff JDH\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>TransDiff JDH has been a leading retailer of new trucks, parts and services under the Peterbilt brand since 2002. It has a long history dating back to 1976 as a specialized repair shop for both transmissions and differentials. TransDiff JDH has more than 180 employees in 5 branches, with 55 service bays in the cities of Qu\u00e9bec (head office), L\u00e9vis, Saint-Georges de Beauce, Saguenay and Saint-F\u00e9licien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Atelier Genytech\u00a0\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Atelier Genytech was founded in 2009. Since its creation 13 years ago, the company has developed rapidly to meet the growing needs of its customers. It now provides specialized mechanical services in all areas of heavy-vehicle mechanics. Today, the mechanical shop has more than doubled in size, reaching approximately 985 m2, and the number of employees has grown to more than 40, including 15 technicians, working in two shifts.
