This acquisition adds two John Deere branches to the Group, bringing the total to 18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FRS Goulet &amp; Fils, a family business founded in 1944, is specialized in the sale and repair of John Deere equipment. It also sells parts and offers a turnkey service for equipment. In 2004, FRS Goulet &amp; fils acquired Les \u00c9quipements Agri-Beauce, adding a second John Deere branch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re proud to be adding two new John Deere branches to the JLD-Lagu\u00eb Group. Doing so strengthens our footprint in Quebec with the addition of the Bellechasse and Beauce regions. FRS Goulet &amp; Fils and Les \u00c9quipements Agri-Beauce are two well-known establishments in their areas and we\u2019re pleased to have them on board,\u201d said Terry Enepekides, President of the Group. \u201cWe look forward to providing best in class customer service in these regions by leveraging the dedication and experience of the existing teams with the depth and expertise of our organization and its dealer network.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re pleased that our two businesses, FRS Goulet &amp; Fils and Les \u00c9quipements Agri-Beauce will remain locally owned while joining a major group which has a strong foothold and extensive expertise in John Deere products. Location Sauvageau and Location L\u00e9gar\u00e9, which are the leading providers of short- and medium-term vehicle rentals for commercial and institutional customers in the province of Quebec, are completing the Group offer. The companies operate a diverse fleet of more than 3,800 commercial vehicles used primarily for commercial work applications, including pickup trucks, cube and cargo trucks, SUVs, vans and cars, as well as trailers, ATVs, snowmobiles and other specialized vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About FRS Goulet &amp; Fils and Les \u00c9quipements Agri-Beauce<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>FRS Goulet &amp; Fils was founded in 1944 by Fran\u00e7ois Goulet. Since its creation, three generations of Goulets have been involved in growing the company. In 2004, they expanded by acquiring Les \u00c9quipements Agri-Beauce, founded in 1992. In 2007, they added a new mechanical workshop to their facilities, allowing them to broaden their customer service offering.
