Agritex to acquire JLD-Laguë/Green Tech
Wednesday, September 9, 2026 - Le Groupe Agritex is pleased to announce the acquisition of JLD-Laguë including its Ontario division Green Tech, creating a major network of 31 John Deere locations across Quebec and Ontario.
This combination brings together two organizations with deep agricultural and commercial roots, shared values, and a long tradition of supporting entrepreneurs and producers across Quebec and Eastern Ontario. The expanded network will focus on continuous improvement in customer service across all our segments — agricultural, commercial, and residential — along with stronger opportunities for employees and renewed investment in the future of our industries.

The transition is expected to take place in November 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
